My goal is to provide as many persons the opportunity to learn about yoga in a safe space, without judgement and from the comfort of their home. My only ask is that you be kind to yourself and to your body.

Monday Power Flow Class
8 PM-8:40 PM EST
Power Vinyasa inspired beginner yoga class, slower than a traditional power yoga class and focuses on breaking down common beginner postures.

Before attending:
1. Sign the waiver. Everyone has to sign this waiver before attending their first class. If you’ve previously signed a waiver, no need to sign again. The waiver can be accessed here.
2. Download zoom & be sure either your name or email address is shown when joining class so you can be allowed into the room.
3. Props are great, but not necessary. Here are some common alternates
Strap: leggings, belt, light towel, detachable bag strap
Blocks: thick hardcover books, boxes
Bolster: pillow, blanket

4. Be on time for class, if you’re late you may have to sit in the virtual waiting room for a few minutes until I’m able to let you in
5. Cameras can be on or off. For any inversion, I’d prefer that your camera is on at least for that portion of the class so I can give tips and pointers.
6. Yoga is fun, be kind to yourself and you’ll enjoy and grow quickly.
Cost:
Classes are $5. If you won't be able to make it during class time, consider becoming a Patron on my Patreon which gives you access to all live classes and their recordings within 24 hours of the class for $25 per month.
All payments are non-refundable and cannot be used for future classes.
